PSG's Summer Moves: Mercato Priorities Unveiled!

The summer transfer window for 2025 has begun in France and will remain open until 8 PM on September 1st. Consequently, speculation about Paris Saint-Germain is intensifying. Le Parisien Reports on PSG's summertime player acquisition strategies indicate that two names have already been suggested.

Yesterday, L’Equipe took a look at the Parisian mercato. It’s that time of year, as we all know. There’s the international break before the Club World Cup, signings are possible (some clubs have already recruited) and the media have days to occupy themselves. So the rumor mill is full of activity.

As at every mercato, we’d urge caution as long as there’s nothing concrete. For example, it’s hard to say at this stage who the new Parisian recruits will be. The arrival of new defensive players would seem relatively logical, although there seems to be a slight gap in the squad. In particular, this would allow us to rotate our players without worrying about injury.

Gila is a possibility, but other players have already been mentioned and it’s likely that others will follow in the next few days. On the right flank, it’s all a blur. So we’ll have to wait and see.
