A mother of two named Amy Swan started her transformation in January 2024 by replacing all her meals with formula-based items like soups, shakes, and snack bars.

Alongside the plan, she drank three litres of water a day, but did very little exercise.
In a TikTok clip that has now been viewed 2.5 million times, Ms Swan, 33,—wrote: 'Here's how I went from being severely overweight, under-confident and chronically people-pleasing to nine stone, getting my spark back and setting loving boundaries—in just one year.
I began a complete meal replacement regimen—which involves four items daily.
'I maintained this routine for half a year. Although I slipped up thrice, I always returned to it—please keep that detail in mind. By my birthday at the end of June, I had shed six stones!'
The rigorous approach to weight reduction focuses on delivering vital nutrients along with a lower caloric consumption, leading to quick body mass decrease.
Ms Swan has not specified which diet plan she followed; however, several alternatives include The 1:1 Diet from the Cambridge Weight Plan, LighterLife, and KeeDiet, along with various others.

Meanwhile, walking 10,000 steps a day has been touted as the ideal goal to keep fit and healthy.
Ms. Swan mentioned that during her summer vacation in August, she put on 10 pounds, but she was able to lose this weight again within just ten days after getting back home and resuming her normal routine.
She spent the rest of the year steadily working up a healthy balanced diet that doesn't involve axing sweet treats all together: 'I have to have something sweet daily so I'm never going to cut that out, what's the point!?'
She concluded: 'I've steadily maintained my nine stone weight loss for three months now, I'm working towards running a 10k and I have a new found obsession for cinnamon swirls
